1. About us and the service

RealPortal LTD ("RealPortal", "we", "us") is a company based in the Dubai International Financial Centre, United Arab Emirates. We provide a subscription software service for real estate agencies, delivered online. The service includes a CRM, a WhatsApp assistant, document management and market analytics. Our contact details are in section 14.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, subscribing to or using the service you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Accounts and users

Each agency (the "customer") is responsible for its users and for everything done through their accounts. The customer must keep sign-in credentials secure, must not share them outside the agency, and must tell us promptly at admin@realportal.ae if it suspects unauthorised access.

4. Subscription, prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT unless stated. VAT at 5% applies where required.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until they are cancelled.
  • Payment is by Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card, processed securely through our acquiring bank's payment gateway. We do not store card numbers.

Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). We accept Visa and Mastercard. Card details are entered on our bank's secure payment page and are never stored by RealPortal.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not try to gain unauthorised access to the service, to other customers' data or to our systems.
  • Do not send unsolicited messages (spam) through the service.
  • Customers are responsible for the legality of their own marketing, messaging and data, including having a lawful basis to contact the people they contact.

6. Customer data

Customers own their data. We process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

The software, its design and its content remain the property of RealPortal LTD. During the subscription the customer receives a non-transferable right to use the service for its own business.

8. Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance may occur. Support is available as described on our Contact Us page.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a problem with a charge or with the service, please contact us first at admin@realportal.ae so we can resolve it quickly.

11. Termination

We may suspend the service for non-payment or breach of these terms. The customer may cancel as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new date.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre and, where applicable, the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the DIFC have jurisdiction.
